Shipping

Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped within 7 business days unless items are out of stock, in which case you will be notified. Our method of shipment is either FedEx Insured or UPS Insured. Deliveries require a signature, and therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide the recipient’s telephone number on all orders.

Special Shipping Circumstances: If overnight shipping, Saturday shipping, or international shipping is needed, please contact the studio to arrange: support@nicoleardis.com.

Combined Shipments: To avoid an additional shipping charge please contact the studio directly to place another order if an online order has already been placed. Shipping reimbursements will not be applied if an additional order is placed online. Please contact us at support@nicoleardis.com.

Return Policy

Returns: If dissatisfied with your purchase, simply contact our studio within seven days of receiving your item. Once we receive the item, the purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment minus shipping cost. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in the original packaging.

Sale Items: Sale items are not returnable.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you have that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@nicoleardis.com.

Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the gift recipient, the gift recipient will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be issued and sent, or a return credit will issued to the original card.

Repair Policy

If you need one of our pieces repaired please contact our studio for assistance at support@nicoleardis.com with the details. All repairs will be made on a first-received basis, and will be returned to you promptly. Depending on the reason for repair, there may be a slight charge.
